Join the Tourism Quality Brand means following specific commitments over a length of time in the 5 following sectors : communication and information, know-how, how to behave, the comfort and the cleanliness of the hotel, sustainable development of the territory and the touristic enhancement of the territory and the quality of the service.
The national quality commitments
They are divided in 5 categories :
- Communication and information : full, clear and up to date information, available on all aids used by guests ; internal and external quality signs.
- Know-how and how to behave : professionalism, foreign language speaking, advice, friendly and polite welcome, availability of the staff during the whole of the stay.
- Comfort and cleanliness of the hotel : comfort, cleanliness and irreproachable hygiene of the welcome area, equipments, furniture and outside area.
- Sustainable developments and touristic : enhancement of the territory, environmental management region integration, improvement of the local ressources.
- Quality of the service : elements of comfort and services raising the general level of the quality of the service and the satisfaction of the guests.
